Medical Review Officer Services (MRO)
MRO services are provided for all laboratory results generated by a drug testing program. The MRO is a licensed physician who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders and has the appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's positive test result together with his or her relevant medical history.
